    :) rianne , is there a big rice somewhere.. :))
    rice is getting expensive nowadays, when I last bought price is 4kd=10 kilos.. for jasmine brand..

    if there is a giant rice grain , then i’m sure i’l build my house next to it.. heheheh…

    Lestat, that’s our topic also the other day at home, sabi nga ng husband ko kahit 10kd pa per kilo and rice e wala tayong choice bibili parin tayong mga pinoy! :)

    oo nga eh.. pero yesterday may nakasabay akong kabayan, he just bought 10 kls of rice for 2.5KD.. sabi sa Gulf Market daw but the brand is I think “Milagrosa”.. i asked him the rice grain and smell..baka the rice quality is low pag naluto nya sabi nya..”Oks anman daw” .. smell and taste jasmine din daw..

    will give it a try this Friday.. heheh para makatipid.. :))

    na try mo na bang magbili sa shuwaikh in front of the vegetable market? maraming mga filipino foods doon,mas mura compared to the other stores, kahit yong bangus nila 700 fils lang per kilo whereas sa SM and Ambassador 800-900 fils per piece. Jasmine rice nila is ranging from 2.250 to 2.750 kaya lang when we went there last week nag increase na from 2.750 to 3.250.
